Our Staff

A highly trained and diversified staff operates The Waldorf Center. Our surgeons, physician assistant, registered nurses, medical aestheticians, and administrative personnel will ensure that all of our treatments and services are offered to your satisfaction. Cary Andersen Cary Andersen
Cary Anderson, RN, BSN, CPSN
Cary Anderson, clinical nursing, joined the Waldorf Center in May of 2006. With her diverse skill-set you will see Cary recovering patients, injecting patients, and advising patients. She is a BSN level registered nurse of over ten years and in 2008 passed her tests to become a certified plastic surgery nurse. "I truly enjoy my job. I love the diversity in what we do here, the people I get to meet every day, and the ongoing relationships that are established, both with patients and staff. It's a great environment!" Cary spends her weekends and evenings with her husband and two young children.
Kim Carrick Kim Carrick
Kim Carrick, Patient Relations Coordinator
As a Patient Relations Coordinator, Kim Carrick meets with cosmetic patients following their initial consultation with a physician. In Kim's words, "seeing the patient complete this process, whether cosmetic or reconstructive, is the most rewarding part of my job!" With a BSN from Marquette University, Kim joined The Waldorf Center in May 2002. One thing that stands out to Kim as an employee is the staff – "they are extremely knowledgeable and caring and patients are always a first priority." In her spare time, Kim enjoys life with her three grown children and husband of 32 years.
Susan Eldridge Susan Eldridge
Susan Elridge, Aesthetician
Susan Eldridge, our aesthetician team leader moved from Boston in 1990 with her husband and three boys. She has been a certified and licensed aesthetician since 1980. She and Dr Waldorf were introduced in 1996 and there began a long professional relationship. "I am an advocate of continuing education. Dr. Waldorf has always been on the forefront. It is our policy to make science based choices for our patients so I feel confidant and proud to be of service to our patients knowing the products and treatments will make a difference". Susan is member of the SPSSCS, a member of the Biomedic Esthetic Council and a volunteer for the Phoenix Society's World Burn Congress.
Lesley Gretz Lesley Gretz
Lesley Gretz, RN, BSN
Lesley Gretz, clinical nursing, joined the Waldorf Center in February of 2006. Lesley graduated from OHSU School of Nursing in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree. Prior to joining The Waldorf Center, she worked in critical care for 3 years. "I like working here because of the people that I get to work with and the physicians that I get to learn from. Plastic surgery isn't just the superficial side of medicine that most people think of it as. There's also huge satisfaction, for me, from educating patients throughout the surgical process. I just treat them the way that I'd treat my family." Lesley is a new mother who cherishes her time spent with her husband and baby girl.
Shannin Lowe Shannin Lowe
Shannin Lowe, Master Aestheticians
Shannin Lowe is one of a select few Master Aestheticians in the Portland Metro area, and specializes in traditional European as well as Japanese skin care methodologies. With over 12 years of professional experience in the skin & beauty industries, she began her career in the fashion world and has diverse experience as a make-up artist, stylist, and beauty consultant. Shannin joined our Spa over two years ago and "loves the diverse population of patients she is lucky to share her professional expertise with." Shannin and her husband are busy raising their two boys between their active work schedules.

Susan Mateller, Business Manager
Susan Masteller, business manager, has been with The Waldorf Center for nearly four years. "Any business endeavor relies on the team of people chosen to create a goal. Teamwork is not only limited to working together but it collectively means to achieve whatever is planned, by helping each other. Teamwork at The Waldorf Center is the spirit to care for others - help them, support them, and then win together." Following 24 years at the Spokane Shriners Hospitals for Children, with her years of experience in all aspects of hospital management Susan took on the challenge of managing a private medical practice. With three grown children and three wonderful grandchildren, what else could one ask for? Life is good -- thanks to family, friends and a great working environment!

Tricia McClain, Aesthetician
Tricia McClain, our newest Aesthetician, comes to us from Arizona and has nine years experience working in medical practices and world renowned spas. Having worked both in the U.S. and abroad, the latest techniques and products are at her fingertips to address each individual's unique skin care needs. Tricia's passion for skin care and total wellness drives her desire to provide the very best care and education for every client. Tricia and her resident physician husband enjoy a beautiful young daughter when they are lucky enough to have the same work schedule.
Jaime O'Brien Jaime O'Brien
Jaime O'Brien, Receptionist/Scheduler
As our front receptionist/scheduler, Jaime O'Brien started with The Waldorf Center in August of 2006. "I have always been fascinated with plastic surgery, so naturally this job is a perfect fit. Working in aesthetics has been the best job I've ever had by far -- we are constantly changing lives for the better." Over time Jaime has developed personal relationships with our patients, and the most rewarding part is "getting to see the before and after results, not only of their outside appearance, but more importantly the difference in their confidence and self esteem." In her spare time, Jaime likes to spend time with her friends and family, dance, and buy expensive shoes!
LaceyBeth Peck LaceyBeth Peck
LaceyBeth Peck, Medical Assistant
LaceyBeth joined the Waldorf Center in August of 2009. She graduated from Linfield College in 2009 with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science with hopes of becoming a Physician Assistant within the next 2 years. Currently, she assists the nurses and physicians with direct patient care, ensuring that the patients receive an incredible experience every time. She also inventories and orders the medical supplies. Working in the cosmetic and reconstructive surgery field is a new endeavor for LaceyBeth, but she has absolutely loved her time working with the experienced professionals at the Waldorf Center. "I have learned so much working here because of the exceptional hands-on learning environment and amazing health care team. Having the opportunity to make patients feel and look their absolute best is the most wonderful aspect about working at the Waldorf Center!"
Colleen D. Phillips Colleen D. Phillips
Colleen D. Phillips, PA-C Dir. of Clinical Development
Colleen Phillips is our certified physician assistant here at the Waldorf Center and has been since its inception in 1993. After earning her degree from St. Louis University in 1988 she worked for the Section of Plastic Surgery at University of Michigan for 3 years followed by OHSU for 2 years. Five years in teaching hospitals assisting in all aspects of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery prepared her well for joining private practice with Dr. Waldorf. Colleen is very involved in the peri-operative care of our patients and has been injecting dermal fillers and BOTOX® Cosmetic for over 10 years. Being one of our most devoted and sought after providers, Colleen's patients always commend her performance.
Kim Stuart Kim Stuart
Kim Stuart, Patient Relations Coordinator
As a Patient Relations Coordinator, Kim Stuart works with third party payers by verifying plan eligibilities, obtaining pre-authorizations and working with the patient/family to review options available to them. She is also an intricate part of the billing process. Kim has worked in the medical field for 15 years, joining The Waldorf Center in 2006. "I really find that plastic surgery is where my heart is. I truly enjoy working with all of the patients to help them achieve their goals." You'll also see Kim working the front office where taking care of patients is her number one priority. Kim's family, consisting of husband and two children, keep her busy when she isn't taking care of patients.
Kirsten Taylor Kirsten Taylor
Kirsten Taylor, LMT Massage Therapist
Kirsten Taylor, our licensed massage therapist, received her certification from the Oregon School of Massage and was licensed in 1998. Over the past 11 years she has studied and refined various methods that enhance her massage techniques. Her experience and intuitive approach help her provide an excellent level of care to our patients. Kirsten, an independent contractor, has worked with The Waldorf Center for over three years. She enjoys working here because of the “high level of quality service provided for patients, as well as the warm and friendly group of individuals I feel privileged to work with.”
