Should I make appointments for my treatments?

Yes, either phone, email or visit the office to make reservations at your earliest convenience.

When should I arrive?

We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reserved time. Please understand that your treatments at the medical day spa will end on time so the next patient will not be inconvenienced.

How can I ensure a wonderful Spa experience?

Communicate with us! Talking with your provider will help them to customize your services to ensure your maximum enjoyment.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates, or gift cards, are available at the Medical Day Spa for specific services and products. Please ask our patient relations specialist for details on purchasing Gift Cards for family and friends.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

We hope you do not have to cancel. Please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. This courtesy allows another patient to use your treatment time.
